KeepEmp provides tools for employee evaluation, rating, performance tracking, and team management. Features may include rating submissions, reports, notifications, PDF/Excel generation, and access to employee data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to share your login credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including (but not limited to):

attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts;
submitting false or abusive ratings;
reverse engineering or modifying the app;
using KeepEmp for anything illegal or harmful.

5. Subscription Plans

Certain features may require a Premium or Enterprise subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the associated pricing and billing terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Data & Reports

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload or generate is accurate. KeepEmp is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, user error, or unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

KeepEmp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including indirect or incidental damages.
